By accessing SunRoute Adventures and booking any activity, tour, or experience through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and operator confirmation. Prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 48+ hours before the experience: full refund
  • Cancellations within 24–48 hours: 50% refund
  • Cancellations within 24 hours: no refund, except in cases of operator cancellation
  • If an operator cancels, you will receive a full refund or free rebooking

4. Conduct & Responsibility

SunRoute Adventures acts as a marketplace connecting travelers with independent tour operators. We are not liable for the actions, omissions, or negligence of third-party operators. All participants must follow the safety instructions provided by operators and comply with Florida law and local regulations.

5. Age & Health Requirements

Certain experiences have minimum age, weight, or health requirements set by the operator. It is your responsibility to review these requirements before booking. No refunds will be issued if you are turned away for failing to meet them.

6. Intellectual Property

All listings, photos, copy, and branding on SunRoute Adventures are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written consent.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We share limited booking details (name, contact) with the relevant tour operator to fulfil your experience. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with trusted service providers (e.g. payment processors, email platforms) under strict confidentiality agreements.

We retain account data for as long as your account is active, plus 3 years for legal and tax compliance. Booking records are kept for 7 years as required by Florida law.

Payment Security

All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. We never store your full card details on our servers. Every transaction is protected by 3D Secure authentication where supported.

All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Sensitive data stored at rest (passwords, personal identifiers) is encrypted using AES-256.

Account Protection
